Molecular Identification to Species of Genus Cotesia spp in Al-Diwaniyah City By PCR Technician
Abstract
Present study involve the collecting of samples of larvae and pupa of parasitoids that attack the larvae of Tarucus rosacea feeding on leaves of Zizyphus trees on Al-Qadisiyah Province addition to identification of parasitoids depending on the molecular characters. The results of present study show that when use the polymeric chain reaction (PCR) technician to identify the Genus and the species will identify two species of insect parasitoid that following the genus Cotesia on the Tarucus rosacea larvae at Al-Diwaniyah Province one of them have correspondence percent reach to (99%) with C. sesamiae, while the other is a unique species depending on the tree clade of the Genus, and any species that have a morphological features completely different from the other.Downloads
